Our company is constantly investing in new, modern equipments. Presently all products are produced with computerized equipments from Germany, France, Italy and Denmark. Modern lines enable us to offer a wide assortment of quilts and pillows and to ensure constant high quality of products. Only qualified personnel is chosen to work.
Last autumn Interscalit Ltd. bought a new quilting line, making 2000 stitches per minute. In order to increase production capacities of pillows, this year we are planning to install one more pillow line.
Presently five multi-needle quilting lines and two pillow lines enable us to produce up to 3 mln quilts and 2,5 mln pillows per year. The main our products are synthetic quilts and pillows, though natural products such as wool and cotton quilts and top mattresses can be produced as well. The biggest width we can quilt is 280 cm, so the size of the quilts is practically unlimited.
In order to increase production efficiency Interscalit Ltd. implemented ETON system.
