Pillows may be simple and quilted.
Customer may choose necessary type, size, fabric, filling, edging (tape, zipper, inner seam or overlock).
Pillow ticks are usually made of the following fabrics: 100% cotton, polyester/cotton, microfiber (100% polyester), micromodal (viscose/polyester), nonwoven (spunbond).
Other fabrics, such as Aloe Vera, aromatic, fire retardant can be used as well.
Pillows may be filled with polyester hollow conjugated fiber or polyester balls.
Most often used filling is siliconised hollow conjugated fiber, which has a good features of straightening itself.
Pillows with polyester balls keep their shape even after a long use and multifold washing. Because of these features, pillows filled with balls are especially recommended for hotels and hospitals.
Due to high quality of raw materials, the pillows are soft, fluffy and light and are especially recommended for allergic people.
